A lot of capsule manufacturers use high-capacity disc grinders. They're cheap and fast, but heats up the coffee, degrading the aromatic compounds that make your roast special.

We use three-stage roller mill grinders. They run cool and are unbelievably consistent.

Our capsule filling machinery is Italian-made and incredibly reliable. We nitrogen-flush every capsule and hermetically seal it to sub-1% residual oxygen. We get the foil taut and the weight consistent every time.
