A lot of capsule manufacturers use high-capacity disc grinders. They're cheap and fast, but the heat the coffee up, degrading the aromatic compounds that make your roast special.

We use three stage roller mill grinders. They run cool and are unbelievably consistent.

Our capsule filling machinery is Italian-made and incredibly reliable. Every capsule is nitrogen-flushed and hermetically sealed to sub-1% residual oxygen. We get the foil taut and the weight consistent every time.
